As I was driving through downtown Manor this morning because traffic was backed up on 290, I passed by the Manor City Limits sign showing the population just over 1200.
Is there anyway that flyers/postcards can be sent out from the City Council/Mayor/City of Manor encouraging ALL residents of Manor to participate in the upcoming census count?? The postcard could contain information such as how many people are projected to actually reside in Manor now and how population numbers encourage business growth. Stage : Incubation

Another way to promote the census for Manor would be a banner across one or more of the main roads through Manor. Pflugerville has one on Pecan Street that says something like, "Make sure Pflugerville counts, turn in your census" and I think something like that may also work very well for Manor.
